Exterior
The Ford Expedition MAX has a sporty-looking and athletic exterior for its SUV class. A simple and aerodynamic design maximizes performance and also turns heads as you travel through Cambridge, OH. The Ford Expedition MAX is available in versions with blackout packages or lots of chrome, too. You also can select wheels ranging in size from 18 to 22 inches. The Ford Expedition MAX has 9.8 inches of ground clearance, providing solid off-road capabilities for a large SUV.
Interior
The Ford Expedition MAX competes with top luxury brand SUVs, especially in the top trim levels. Drivers can choose upholstery options from cloth to Del Rio leather. The cabin is spacious enough to carry seven or eight occupants, depending on the trim. The front dashboard has a linear design that maximizes legroom and emphasizes the massive tablet-style infotainment display. Every Ford Expedition MAX uses a three-row seating system and offers more than 34 cubic feet of cargo space.
Trim Levels
The XLT trim is the introductory Ford Expedition MAX. It comes with all of the standard features, a three-zone climate system, an eight-inch digital instrument cluster and heated side mirrors. Ford also offers the XL Fleet as a somewhat stripped-down option for government and corporate buyers.
Moving up to the Limited, the MAX gets upgrades like leather upholstery, power-adjustable pedals, built-in navigation and a twelve-speaker B&O audio system. The Limited includes second-row captain's chairs with heating and power adjustability, too.
You also can upgrade to the King Ranch. It features 22-inch aluminum wheels, a 15.5-inch touchscreen, a 12.4-inch digital instrument cluster, power-deployed running boards and Del Rio leather upholstery.
The top version is the Platinum. It has Ford Blue Cruise, a 22-speaker audio system, aluminum interior trim, massaging front seats and an adaptive suspension.
